Helen brought a wonderful level of sensitivity and authority to the service. Her eulogy was not only insightful but also reflected what we wanted said at the ceremony. All of this was delivered with clarity and kindness. She was brilliant.

Helen is a friendly and kind person who really listened to what we wanted to say and managed to translate and put together a most wonderful eulogy that captured the real essence of our Mum. She led the service with the right pace and empathy, and everyone could hear her clearly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to lead a service for their loved one.

Helen officiated at a friend’s funeral and was superb. Empathetic and assured, she turned a sad occasion into both a heartfelt celebration and a moving reflection of a life well lived.

We gathered to say goodbye to a very dear friend. Helen (who was also a friend of the deceased) conducted a brilliant farewell, with just the right amount of sentiment and (where appropriate) humour. It’s odd to say that a funeral was uplifting, but this one truly was. Thanks to Helen, it was a fitting tribute to a remarkable man.

Helen presided over a small family funeral with empathy and clarity. She had discovered some lovely anecdotes that she shared in an extremely well written eulogy, raising smiles and ensuring everyone went away with happy memories.

A huge huge thank you to you!! You are truly wonderful and you made our day so special, it was just perfect. You were born to do this. Everyone said just how beautiful the ceremony was and how you have such a way with words, it was just amazing!

We had the absolute privilege of having Helen lead our son’s naming ceremony, and we honestly couldn’t have imagined anyone more perfect for the role. From the very first conversation, it was clear that this is so much more than just a job for her — it’s a true calling.

She took the time to really listen to us, to understand our wishes and what mattered most to our family, and she wove all of those details into something so personal and unique. Nothing ever felt rushed or overlooked; every step of the way, she made us feel heard and supported.

On the day itself, she created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The way she spoke, the care in her delivery, and the love she poured into every part of the ceremony made it so much more meaningful than we could ever have hoped for. She managed to strike the perfect balance between heartfelt emotion and joyful celebration, and in doing so she captured the spirit of our son and our family perfectly.

What struck us most was how natural she is in this role. It felt like she was born to do this. She has a rare ability to connect with people, to put them at ease, and to make every word feel genuine. Our guests were deeply moved, and many commented on how special and memorable the ceremony was — something we will cherish forever.

We will always be grateful for the way Helen helped us mark such an important milestone in our lives. She gave us memories that we will hold close to our hearts for years to come. If you are looking for someone who is caring, professional, and truly gifted at what they do, we cannot recommend her highly enough.

I know we spoke yesterday but I just wanted to say again a heartfelt thank you for all your help with our Mum and her lovely 'send-off' yesterday.

You helped us through a difficult process and made it so much easier, as well as actually enjoyable to reflect on what made Mum so special to us.  It cannot be easy to meet a family at perhaps their saddest and lowest, and have the task of celebrating someone you have never even met at their final farewell.  As a family, we had no doubts from the start that we were in very safe hands with you.

Thank you for everything you brought to saying goodbye to our Mum.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you from myself, Rod and the family for yesterday. Your help was invaluable and you brought all the elements together seamlessly on the day. Your kind words were perfectly chosen and very much appreciated by us all.

Thank you for helping us give Dad a wonderful send off.
